Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your Sipea products.

You may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

Email us at sipeahair@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.

Once we receive and check the returned items, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo. We’ll replace it or issue a refund.
